Refund Policy

Hospitality allocations are reserved with the club the moment you book, so all bookings are final once placed, they cannot be cancelled or changed by the customer, and a change of mind does not qualify for a refund. This is the industry standard for official match hospitality.

The one exception at booking time: your card is only authorized, not charged, until we confirm your package. If we cannot confirm it, the authorization is released automatically and you pay nothing.

We may also cancel a booking before the match in the limited cases set out in the Terms & Conditions, failed fraud verification, an obvious pricing error, or a booking made for away supporters. In those cases any card hold is released, and anything already charged is refunded in full.

While bookings can't be cancelled, we understand plans shift. Where the club permits, we may at our discretion help change attendee names so someone else in your party can attend in your place. Contact us as early as possible, this is a goodwill service, not an entitlement.

Premier League and cup fixtures regularly move for broadcast, sometimes by a day or more. Your package remains valid in full for the rearranged date and time; no action is needed. Fixture date and time changes are a normal part of football and do not qualify for a cancellation or refund. We strongly recommend booking flexible travel and accommodation.

If a fixture is cancelled outright, or played without spectators, you'll receive a full refund of the package price to your original payment method. Where we can, we may also offer you the choice of an equivalent package for the replacement or rearranged event instead, the choice is always yours.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, in GBP, within 5–10 business days of approval. Amounts shown in other currencies at booking time were indicative; the refunded amount is the GBP amount paid.
